Case Study — NHS England / App-launching interface
NHS England has a huge app catalogue designed to help people live healthier, longer lives. However, finding the right service or tool was confusing for users.
With deep customer research and testing on real audiences, we came up with the Orb: a completely reinvented menu system to guide users easily and intuitively to their desired service. The Orb cleverly manages many possible journeys to dramatically improve and hasten navigation to the right NHS tools.
